•Cthulu can't attack or block.
•At the beginning of your upkeep if you control
six or more cultists you may pay {7}. If you do,
Cthulu is able to attack or block until end of turn
cycle. When Cthulu attacks, gain control of target
creature an opponent controls until the end of
your turn.
•Pay {3}: Create a 2/2 Shoggoth creature token.
{bull}If you control exactly 6 cultists, 3 shoggoths,
and at least one other Old One, you win.
