Each enemy creature has -3-3 when he is summoned.You can use -1 mana to take away 1 HP from your opponent, but Cthulu can only do this once until he has to be taken off the battlefield. Cthulu can choose to eliminate one character from the enemy opponent every 2 rounds. Cthulu can be drawn back into your deck whenever you choose.
