Culling game participation

When Culling Game Participation enter the battlefield, Tap 2 creature you control and up to
4 creature your opponent control and put a game counter on them.
At the beginning of each end step, two random creature with a game counter on them fight each other, then, put 2 +1/+1 counter on each
creature with a game counter on it.
