Cultivate the Kingdom

Round Table- Cast this spell only if a player is the monarch.
Each non-monarch player comes up with a different offer on basic lands versus non-basic lands. The total lands must be 3, but can be any non negative number. The monarch chooses one of the offers and searches their library for those lands, reveals them, then puts those lands onto the battlefield.
