When Cunning cultist enters the battlefield, target opponent may exile a card from his or her hand at random. If they don't that player exiles the top three cards of his or her library face down.
When Cunning Cultist deals combat damage to a player, you may play a card at random exiled with it without paying that cards mana cost.
