Cunning Deal

Counter target spell an opponent casts. if the spell is countered this way he or she may cast another spell without paying its mana cost. If he or she has no cards in hand he or she may draw a card and play that card without paying its mana cost.
Dextarity -- If as you play this card there are any other cards in your graveyard with the same name as this card, then draw a card and add one blue mana to your mana pool.
