Current of Setbacks

As an additional cost to this spell, you may discard any number of cards.
For each player, that player returns half of their non-land permanents to their hand, then draws X cards, then may put a non-land permanent with converted mana cost X or less from their hand onto the battlefield, where X for you is X plus half the number of cards you discarded, and X for other players is X minus half the number of cards you discarded.
