Curse

Whenever a player performs an offensive
action against you without your consent,
if they have no curse attached to them,
put a Curse of Oblivion from your sideboard
onto the battlefield and attach it to them.
Whenever a Curse of Oblivion would leave
the battlefield, put it into your sideboard instead.
