Curse of Absolute Chaos

Enchant player.
Enchanted player plays with their hand face
down regardless of effects that reveal their hand.
Once per turn, during enchanted players main
phase, that player reveals a card from their hand.
The enchanted player may put that card into play
if it is a permanent, or caste it if it is an instant or
sorcery, without paying it casting cost.
At the end of enchanted players turn, they put
their hand on the bottom of their library in any
order and draws seven new cards.
