Curse of Ashes

Enchant player
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, Curse
of Ashes deals 1 damage to enchanted player or
a planeswalker that player controls.
When that player loses the game, you may attach
Curse of Ashes to another player.
You must pass the torch.
