Curse of Balls

When Curse of Balls enters the battlefield, target
player gains control of it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice the
artifact with the highest converted mana cost you
control, then the owner of curse of balls may pay
{1} to attach it to a player who controls an artifact
with higher converted mana cost than that.
