Enchant player.
When enchanted player casts a colored spell, they draw a card then discard a card at random, and each other player draws a card and discards a card. Then, if that spell's colors don't exactly match the top card of enchanted player's graveyard, repeat this process until the top card of their graveyard matches that spell.
