Enchant creature.
You control enchanted creature.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
an opponent's control, attach Curse of Envy to it.
When Curse of Envy leaves the battlefield, if you control 3 or more permanents that you do not
own, return it to it's owner;s battlefield,
transformed.
