Curse of Narcolepsy

Whenever enchanted player draws a card, they
put the top three cards of their library into their graveyard.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if enchanted player has 15 or more cards in their graveyard, exile Curse of Narcolepsy, then return it to the battlefield transformed under it's owner's control.
