Enchant player
As Curse of Neglect enters the battlefield, choose
a creature card name.
Whenever enchanted player casts a spell with the chosen name, they mill three cards.
At the beginning of enchanted player's end step,
they return each creature they control with the
chosen name to their owner's hand.
