Curse of Rot

When Curse of Rot enters the battlefield, enchanted player loses X life and exiles X cards from the top of their library. Until Curse of Rot leaves the battlefield, enchanted player may play cards exiled by Curse of Rot, but must pay an amount of {p/b} equal to the converted mana cost of the target card.
