Curse of Stolen Thoughts

Enchant player.
Whenever a player deals combat damage to
enchanted player with one or more creatures,
that player may look at enchanted player's hand
and exile one card from it face down. That
player may look at and cast that card for as long
as it remains exiled, and may cast it without
paying its mana cost.
