At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 0/1
Bearded Bellyface creature token with "This
creature must attack each turn if possible and it
cannot be sacrificed." and "When this creature
leaves the battlefield, target opponent puts two
copies of it into play."
At the beginning of each players upkeep, that
player must tap one permanent for each Bearded
Bellyface creature they control.
