Curse of the Outlands

At the beginning of your upkeep, look at the top
card of your library, you may put it into your graveyard. Then if you have nine
or more cards in your graveyard and/or in exile, sacrifice Curse of the Outlands.
When Curse of the Outlands leaves the battlefield, return a card you own from
exile into your hand, if its a creature card, you
may put it onto the battlefield.
When Curse of the Outlands leaves your
graveyard, add {b}{b} to your mana pool.
