Cursed Lake

Cursed lake enters the battlefield tapped under
the control of a random player.
As a player gains control of Cursed Lake, choose
an opponent, then you reveal your hand and that
opponent chooses a card name.
You cannot play cards of the chosen name.
{t}, Give Cursed Lake to the chosen player:
Destroy target permanent. That permanent's
controller may draw a card.
