Cursed Legate of Torment

Whenever the Cursed Legate of Torment is exiled,
it's owner put it into any player's graveyard
instead.
{x}: Repeat the following process X times for each
player with a Cursed Legate of Torment in his or
her graveyard unless that player exile X cards
from it. That player lose 3 life unless he or she
discards a card or sacrifice a permanent or puts
the top two cards of his or her library into his or
her graveyard or exile two card of his or her
graveyard.
