Cursed Lockpick Set

Once per day, when using the picks, the user can
choose to activate its ability. The lock being
picked will become easier, granting advantage
on the skill check. After unlocking the lock,
a burst of magical energy is released causing
all creatures within 10 feet to make a reflex
save. Upon failure they become entangled and
movement is reduced to 0 for one minute.
