Whenever Cursed Prophet Deleph deals combat
damage to a player or site, look at two random
cards from the undrafted cards. Put one into
your hand and one into an opponent's. You and
they may cast these cards by paying their mana
value rather than their mana cost. (For example,
{1}{w}{r}{g} becomes {4}.)
