Cursed Ring

Equipped creature gets +1/+1 equal to the
number of Treasure tokens you control, cannot attack, and has at the beginning of your upkeep
put a greed counter on it. If the equipped
creature has 3 or more greed counters, it becomes
a red 4/4 dragon with flying, and it looses all
other creature types, attack, toughness, and card
text.
