to stave off death, you now feel a lasting grip on
your soul accompanying the strange scar where
you once wore it.
When you reach 10 or fewer hit points, you must
succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be
frightened of all hostile creatures within 60 feet
of you until the creatures are killed or pacified
or until you are healed above 50% of your total
maximum health.
