Cursed soup

Players may spend mana as though it were mana of
any color to activate abilities of creatures.

Creatures with +X/+X counters on them have all activated abilities of all creature cards exiled.

Exile target card from a graveyard, {t} : When a
creature card is exiled this way, put a +X/+X
counter on target creature (Where x is the mana
spent to cast this card). For each opponent, repeat
this process.
