Cursed Talisman

Cursed Talisman enters the battlefield with X charge counters, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast it, and X artifact counters, where X is the number of artifacts you control. At the beginning of your upkeep, if the number of charge counters and artifact counters on Cursed Talisman are equal, you may return target artifact from the graveyard to the battlefield.
