Curvis Diel, Spy

Players can't cast spells from graveyards or spells
with the same name as cards in graveyards.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep,
they put the top two cards of their library into
their graveyard. Then, you may exile a card from
that graveyard.
You may cast nonland cards exiled with Curvis
Diel, Spy and you may spend mana as though it
was mana of any type to cast them.
