At the beginning of your end step, you may exile target creature you control. If you do, put a Cusp counter in it.
Creatures you own in exile with Cusp counters
on them have Flash and Mutate. Their Mutate
cost is equal to their mana cost.
You may cast cards you own from exile with
a Cusp counter on them.
