Enchant creature you don’t control
When enchanted creature dies, return it to the battlefield under its owner’s control with a +1/+1 counter on it. Return Cutting Truth to the battlefield attached to that creature at the beginning of the next end step.
At the beginning of your upkeep, enchanted creature’s controller mills three cards, then you
draw a card for each nonland card with mana value less than enchanted creature’s power put into that graveyard this way.
