When Cyber Network enters the battlefield, place
three time counters on it. During your upkeep,
remove a time counter from this card. Then if this
card has no time counters on it, sacrifice it. If this
card is destroyed, place all artifact you own in
exile under your control. then if it is your turn, it
becomes the end phase.
{w}: Search your library for an Artifact Dragon card, exile it, then shuffle your library. activate this ability only if you control and Artifact Dragon creature and only once
