Cybernetic Amplification

At the beginning of your upkeep, search
your library for an artifact and put it into
your hand, then shuffle your library. If you control seven or more artifacts, you may put that card onto the battlefield instead.
As long as it's not your turn, artifacts you control have hexproof and can't be
countered.
