Take all Permanents you control and draw that many cards off the top of your library, then shuffle them together. Put them on the bottom of your library.
Redraw as many cards as you took from the field into your hand, then exile Cycle of Aether.
Sometimes the best way to get ahead is to start from scratch and try again.
