Cyclic Casting

Magecraft- Put a verse counter on Cyclic Casting. Then exile target instant or sorcery with X time counters on it where X is its mana value reduced by the number of verse counters on Cyclic Casting. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
Remove 10 Verse counters: Return target permanent from the graveyard to the battlefield under its owner's control.
Remove 20 verse counters: Search your library for an instant and exile it, then shuffle. Cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
