When Cyclone attacks you may select target
creature an opponent controls. This creature
is Locked-On by Cyclone until it leaves the
battlefield, Cyclone can no longer target it, or
until Cyclone selects a different target to
Lock-On. At the beginning of your upkeep,
place a -0/-2 counter on the Locked-On creature.
