When Cyclonic Lord enters the battlefield exile
all other creatures and randomly place them into
X equal piles. (X is equal to the number of players)
Starting from Cyclonic Lord's controller go
around the circle and each player picks a pile and
place all creatures on the battlefield tapped each
player controls the creatures in the pile they pick.
A Being of pure chaos and destruction. It normally
spends its time playing with its boat collection.
