Whenever Cyli, Spellshell is dealt damage put that
many +1/+1 counters on her. (she must survive the
damage to get the counters)

{t}: Remove any amount of +1/+1 counters from
Cyli, Spellshell then exile a multicolored spell from
your graveyard with mana value equal to the
amount of +1/+1 Counters removed this way.
You may cast that spell without paying it's mana
cost. If you do exile that spell.
