Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield under your control, if your devotion to a color becomes greater or tied
with the devotion to another color with the highest devotion among all colors, draw 2
cards and gain 2 life. (Each mana symbol in
the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to that color.)
