may exile a target artifact from your graveyard. If
you do, Cynical Scrapper deals 1 damage to each opponent.
{2}: Sacrifice an artifact or creature you control,
then exile the top card of your library. You may
play cards exiled with Cynical Scrapper until the
end of turn.
