Whenever Cynicism becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponents controls, counter that spell or ability unless its controller discards a card.
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, you lose 1 life and draw up to two cards.
When Cynicism is put into a graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it into its owner's library.
