Dabble in Magic

Players without a Spell may draw one, and
they may cast it no matter what their Craft
is. If a Player is not allowed to have or cast
Spells, they may still cast this one.

Players who already have a Spell may choose
and discard one of their choice. If they do,
that Player may draw 2 Spells.
