Dabi Unforgiving

When Dabi, Enflamed enters the battlefield
under your control for the first time this game,
put a blue flame counter on three target lands
each player controls. At the beginning of each
players upkeep, put an additional counter on each
of those target lands that player controls. At the beginning of that players end step, if a land has
three or more blue flame counters, sacrifice it.
"Pity, you're not what we need. Stay down. You make
good fuel. Allow my flames to consume you."
