Whenever Dacham, the Deviant deals combat
damage to a player, that player gets an emblem
with "Activated and triggered abilities of
creatures you own with power 5 or greater can't
be activated or triggered." and "If a source would
deal damage to you, it deals double that damage
to you instead."
