Whenever you cast a spell that started the
game in an opponent's deck, deal damage to
that opponent equal to that spell's converted
mana cost.
{w}{u}{b}{r}{g}: Exile the top card of each player's
library, until end of turn you may cast one of
those cards without paying its mana cost.
