Dagasi, the Golden Scale

Dagasi, the Golden Scale enters the battlefield
with X +1/+1 counters on her.
Whenever another creature enters the battlefield,
you may move any number of +1/+1 counters
from Dagasi onto it.
Whenever a creature you control would take
combat damage, if it has a +1/+1 counter on it,
you may remove a +1/+1 counter from it and
prevent that damage.
