Dagion the Guider of Fates

You cannot add counters on Dagion from other sources other than Dagion.
Whenever an opponent loses the game, put a fate counter on Dagion.

If Dagion has 1 fate counter, Dagion has "{t}: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature your control"
If Dagion has 2 fate counters, Daigon has "At the beginning of your upkeep, add {w}{u}{b}{r}{g}. You don't lose this mana as steps and phases end."
