Whenever you cast your first instant or sorcery
spell each turn, exile the top card of your library.
If it's a land, put it onto the battlefield. If it's an instant or sorcery, cast it without paying its mana
cost, then draw a card. If it's a non-land
permanent, immediately pay its mana cost and
cast it. If you can't, you receive damage equal
to its mana cost.
It is difficult to study a miracle. More so to train one.
