Players cannot cast more than one spell of
each type per turn.
{3}{p/r}{p/r}{p/r}: Each player secretly chooses
a number between 1 and 4, then reveals their
chosen number. Each player who choose the
same number as someone else cannot draw
cards until the end of their next turn. Each
player draws cards then discards a number of
cards equal to the chosen number.
