Whenever you cast a creature spell, put a
completion counter on Daily Mission: Oil.
Remove 1 + X completion counters from Daily Mission: Oil and sacrifice it: Add {x}. Then create
a 0/1 colorless Mk1 Bulin artifact creature token.
It has "Sacrifice this creature: put a +1/+1 counter on target creature"
