Daisy, the Green Charger

Protection from red and from black Whenever you cast a blue spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Daisy, the Green Charger. Green spells you cast cost 1 less to cast for each +1/+1 counter on Daisy.
I wanted to encourage an idea of going "green", but it doesn't mean it has to be dorky.
